SWAN oil-less quality bare pump

SWAN's exclusive patented body, completely oil-free structure design, greatly reduces the cost of the air purification system, and provides better air quality.

After-cooler

The high-efficiency after-cooler and large cooling fan system effectively reduce the temperature of the air outlet and the operating bare pump.

Noise blocking design

Adopt strong sheet metal structure, sound-absorbing cotton and high-efficiency sound-proof design to effectively reduce running noise and vibration

Cushion shock-absorber

Nickel Silicon Carbide Electroplating Cylinder

Electroplated with a composite of nickel and silicon carbide, the inner walls of thealuminum alloy cylinders have enhanced hardness and the wear resistance. Theelectroplating treatment also extends the lifespan of components and achieves betterheat dissipation.

The SDU-CD series can be integrated with air dryers and air filters to save space and energy consumption.
The most streamlined piping design not only reduces pressure loss, but also saves 40-50% of the space compared to traditional piping system.

 

Generally, oil-free air compressors have an Oil-free structure, which still contains oil during operation, and only has no oil in the compressed air; but the patented bare pump of SWAN oil-free air compressors is an Oil-less structure, which not only has no oil in the compressed air, but also has no need to add lubricating oil during operation, which can provide you with cleaner and oil-free compressed air.
