SWAN exclusive patented bare pump, using a variety of high-reliability precision components, completely oil-free structure design and simple belt adjustment mechanism, effectively increase the life of the air compressor, greatly reduce the cost of the air purification system, and provide you with better air quality.
High efficiency cooling system components, inter cooler and after cooler (optional) that allow for heavy duty continuous operation and greatly reduce running temperature.
Generally, oil-free air compressors are with Oil-free structure, which still contains oil during operation, and it only has no oil in the compressed air; but the patented bare pump of SWAN oil-free air compressors is with Oil-less structure, which not only has no oil in the compressed air, but also has no need to add lubricating oil during operation, which can provide you with cleaner and oil-free compressed air.
High-strength, high-precision, high-reliability component mechanism, 5V type belt and simple belt adjustment mechanism effectively extends running life of the air compressor.
Aluminum alloy cylinder: the cylinder be covered with special treatment to ensure good heat dissipation, wear resistance and smooth running.
Compression ring group: with self-lubricating and anti-friction material to ensure smooth and long-last running.
Compact design connecting rod & bearing: All bearings are totally sealed with heat resistance grease, together with special heat isolated material.
