With incoming of Industrial 4.0 revolution, SWAN takes the lead to develop “IoT Remote Intelligent Management System” which enables to collect complete data through remote monitoring.  Further, it has three benefits listed below:

1.Air compressor real time monitoring:

 With complete data on dashboard, air compressor running status, such as temperature, pressure, utilization rate and power consumption are well monitored.

2.  Intelligent maintenance notice: 

SWAN IoT is able to notice when consumable spare parts like belt, filters and lubrication oil need to be replaced.  The advance notice not only helps to extend service duration of air compressor, but also reduces risk of sudden shut down.

3. Failure self-diagnosis system: 

If failure happened when air compressor is running, the system will notify authorized personnel by pre-set e-mail or communication software. For fast response, the system also allows accessing online to check air compressor running status by mobile device.
